Gaming Rules and Fair Play

Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, use unauthorized software, or engage in collusion is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all rewards.

We reserve the right to take appropriate disciplinary action, including warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans, for violations of our fair play policies.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property on our platform are owned by Yono Rummy 777 or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our content without our express written permission. Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to our platform, but you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute such content in connection with our services. You represent and warrant that you have the right to grant such license and that your content does not infringe on any third-party rights.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yono Rummy 777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately, and we may delete your account and all associated data. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting our customer support team.

Termination does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to termination, including account obligations and compliance with these Terms. We reserve the right to pursue any available remedies for any breach of these Terms, even after account termination.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India. Before pursuing any legal action, you agree to first attempt to resolve any disputes through good faith negotiations.

If negotiations fail, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 2015. The arbitration shall be conducted in Mumbai, India, and the language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
